BreathLogic's 5-E Model

The quality of your breath directly affects the quality of your life.

BreathLogic teaches breathing methods that follow our 5-E model:

  • Easy (simple, fast, powerful)

  • Economical (free to everyone)

  • Efficient (anytime, anywhere)

  • Evidence-based (scientifically proven)

  • Effective (immediate results)

Breath is life and affects everything you do.

Breathing can be both involuntary and voluntary.

When breath is involuntary, it is a basic mechanism for survival.

When breath is voluntary, it can be used consciously as a powerful tool to thrive.

A person can survive for weeks without food, days without water – but only minutes without breath.

“If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip,

it would be to simply learn how to breathe correctly.”

– Dr. Andrew Weil, Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine

The ABC's of Breath Literacy

Inspired by the book Breath is Life by Laurie Ellis-Young with Dr. George T. Ellis.

The very first step to learning breath literacy is awareness.

Learn to be aware of how you feel.

Acknowledge when you are feeling:

  • Impulsive Behavior

  • Low Energy

  • Depression

  • Loneliness

When you are out of balance, your body, mind and spirit do not communicate properly and cannot work together in harmony.  Using simple breathing techniques can help you regain your balance.

  • Increases the capacity of the lungs to it fullest extent

  • Provides soothing massage to vital organs

  • Expands lung capacity

  • Increases oxygen to resist germs and boost the immune system

  • Grounds the body and calms the mind

  • Soothes the nervous system

  • Improves the quality of the blood and regulates blood pressure
