Laurie Ellis-Young and George Ellis

Laurie EllisYoung MTC, SYT, founder of Breathe The Change LLC, and cofounder of the nonprofit BreathLogic, and George T. Ellis PsyD, LP, discovered the extraordinary power in the ordinary breath through different paths.

 

Laurie was drawn through yoga, meditation, and trekking in the Himalayas and Andes. George was attracted by scuba diving and neuroscience research. Experiences working with diverse populations on five continents convinced the authors that breath awareness and breath practices can radically transform and enhance people’s lives and organizational systems.
