Roseanna Gaye Ross, PhD Director, Secretary
Dr. Roseanna is a professor in the department of Communication Studies at St. Cloud State University, MN. As an independent communication consultant and trainer, she has over 35 years of experience in designing and facilitating seminars, assessing organizational communication needs and providing keynote presentations in public and private sectors. Her work was recognized and she was the recipient of the Communication and Theater Award of MN 2012, Outstanding Individual Communication and Theater Award and the National Society for Experiential Learning (NSEE) 2006 Award.
Roseanna’s expertise in communication skills aids the board in numerous ways by effectively positioning the mission, message, and vision to donors and grantors.
Liz Anema exudes positive energy! Combine that with a passion for fitness, a gregarious personality and a sense of compassion, you begin to understand why the group exercise program at The Marsh in Minnetonka, MN is so successful. In her role as Studio Director, Liz manages a program that includes more than 30 group exercise instructors that deliver more than 50 group exercise classes each week to Marsh members and guests. She is trained in Kripalu yoga, Tai Chi and QiGong, BodyPump, BodyJam, Reebok Fit to Flex, Flo Motion, Step, Willpower & Grace, Barre, MBSR, Meditation, Nia Hand Muscle Conditioning.
Liz co-facilitates workshops, presentations and retreats with Laurie Ellis-Young, and plays a key advisory role in the BreathLogic Certification program.
George T. Ellis, Psy. D, Licensed Psychologist
George T. Ellis holds a diplomate in school neuropsychology, certificate in traumatic stress studies from the Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute and MBSR certification from Mindful Academy.
A proponent of breath awareness and breath practices, Dr. Ellis has an eclectic background of setting up and running mental health programs on four continents. A clinical psychologist with a quest for knowledge and love of helping others, he has set up and directed diverse programs for “Project Pathfinder” in St. Paul, MN; Caritas; The Godchild Project and Commonhope in Guatemala; the United Nations in Kosovo; U.S. AID, Veteran’s International in Cambodia; KAUST (King Abdullah’s University for Science & Technology) in Saudi Arabia and OSCE (Organization for Security & Cooperation in Europe) in Ukraine.

Dr. Rosa is an innovative, board certified family medicine physician at Park Nicollet Healthcare System with special interest in preventive care, integrative medicine and cultural health. A recipient of a Bush Medical Fellowship (2004), working on cultural medicine and anthropology has inspired her passion for cultural sensitivity and cultural competency in the healthcare field. Her practice includes a diverse patient population from around the world.

Suganya Santha Kumar is a naturopath with a post-graduate Diploma in Yoga from Bihar University in Muzaffarpur, India.
Rajib Roybiswis earned a doctorate diploma in yoga from Svyasa Yoga University in Bangalore, India.
Dr. Kumar and Dr. Roybiswishave both embraced yoga as their life paths and careers. They have travelled extensively across India, Asia and the Middle East teaching various styles of yoga for children and adults, conducting workshops on personality development for children, corporate stress management courses, and classes in Pranayama (The Yogic Science of Breath). Their students honor and love them for their expertise and inspiration in bringing alive ancient wisdom.
Susan Young, a“redirected” teacher and administrator, has been an elementary principal in Colegio Roosevelt in Lima, Peru, Cairo American College in Cairo, Egypt, American Embassy School in New Delhi, India and American School London in London, England. A recipient of the International Principal of the Year Award, beloved leader and advocate for children, Ms. Young is a supporter of breath awareness and practices being part of school curriculum.
