BreathLogic's 5-E Model

The quality of your breath directly impacts the quality of your life.

BreathLogic teaches breathing methods that follow our 5-E model:

  • Easy (simple, fast, powerful)

  • Economical (free to everyone)

  • Efficient (anytime, anywhere)

  • Evidence-based (scientifically proven)

  • Effective (immediate results)

Breath is life and affects everything you do.

Breathing can be both involuntary and voluntary.

When breath is involuntary, it is a basic mechanism for survival.

When breath is voluntary, it can be used consciously as a powerful tool to thrive.

A person can survive for weeks without food, days without water – but only minutes without breath.

“If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip,

it would be to simply learn how to breathe correctly.”

– Dr. Andrew Weil, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine
